- Participating in operations and uplifting the skills of the whole team

- Building the L&D function from scratch
- Single scope role but may involve some coaching
- Dealing with a 50/50 blue and white collar workforce
The Successful Applicant
The Successful candidate will have/be:
- Previous L&D Experience
- Strong in the strategic aspect of HR
- A minimum of 8-10 years in a Learning and development focused position
- Arabic speaker is essential
- Must be able to live in Al Ain
