Triage Nurse

Description:

• Responsibilities: The Triage RN would join a team of 4 and act as an extension of CMAs as it relates to responsibilities, while adding triaging and managing their Co vid/Flu/Strep swabbing schedule. Candidates will be responsible for triage, Provider referrals, case management, and running their Co vid, Flu and Strep swabbing schedule.
• Performance Measurements: Patient reviews, efficiency, and documentation into EPIC.
• Qualifications :
• 3+ years’ experience as an RN in a clinical environment required
• 1+ years’ experience with triage and case management required
• Strong communication, team-oriented, motivated to learn, and a quick study required
• BSN, RN License (NC or Compact) and BLS required
• EPIC experience highly preferred
• Hours: Monday-Friday from 8:00a-5:00p
• Pay Rate: $22.46-35.34/hour
• Length of Assignment: 6-month contract with the opportunity to apply/interview for permanent vacancies
