• Collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and develop curricula that align with those objectives
  
• Design and develop instructional materials, including lesson plans, activities, and assessments
  
• Conduct research on best practices in curriculum design and assessment
  
• Stay up-to-date on trends and changes in the education industry
  
• Implement and evaluate curricula to ensure effectiveness and student success
  
• Work with faculty to train and support them in implementing curricula and instructional materials
  
• Collaborate with other departments, such as instructional design and technology, to develop and implement effective educational technologies
  
• Participate in program and course review and revision processes

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in education, curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field
  
• 3+ years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design
  
• Knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and assessment strategies
  
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Familiarity with educational technologies and their application to curriculum development
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
