Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives. Handle customer orders, follow up on inquiries, and provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare sales reports, analyze market trends, and provide competitive intelligence. Maintain and develop customer relationships through regular communication via phone and email, addressing customer inquiries and needs promptly. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer issues.
