Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective training programs for our employees as well as managing the overall training function within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for employees at all levels including new hires and existing staff
- Identify training needs and create training plans to address any knowledge or skill gaps
- Conduct training sessions workshops and seminars to improve employees knowledge and skills
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with company goals and objectives
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve them
- Manage the training budget and ensure costeffective training solutions are implemented
- Coordinate with external training providers to deliver specialized training programs
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development
- Ensure compliance with training regulations and company policies
- Mentor and coach junior trainers and provide guidance to employees seeking professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in training and development preferably in a IT technology company
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other training software
- Knowledge of learning management systems is a plus
