Responsibilities Screen phone calls, visitors, and correspondence, directing them appropriately. Compose and distribute complex correspondence using standard software applications. Maintain awareness of key priorities and commitments for project managers. Coordinate requests from clients, managers, and staff, determining action on important matters. Maintain files and assist with procedures, including document management and site audits. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring accuracy and proper format. Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries and expense reports. Arrange meetings, facilities, and catering, preparing agendas and minutes. Develop and implement office procedures and filing systems. Perform other administrative duties as assigned, including IT equipment deployment and facility coordination.
